Welcome to DECTA and DECTA API. This documentation has been created to help you build and manage your Issuing or Acquiring platform businesses using our guides and API references.

DECTA is authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulation, and holds Principal Member status of Mastercard Worldwide for Acquiring and Issuing, and Visa International for Acquiring. DECTA is also a certified 3rd party technical payment processor in the EEA and APAC. We provide White Label Card Issuing and Third-Party Providers (TPP) services for payment processing.

DECTA provides a secure platform for payment card processing for banks and financial institutions - Visa and Mastercard members. With the DECTA processing center, you can easily manage daily authorizations and transactions and ensure a continuous card issuing life cycle and card acquiring merchant management.

BIN Sponsorship and White Label Card Issuing

DECTA provides a full card issuing solution for financial institutions to launch their debit, prepaid or corporate card program under the Mastercard payment scheme. DECTA API integration allows to issue cards with the company’s bespoke design and easily manage card-related daily operations.
