SFTP Reports
DECTA provides secure server-to-server file transfers between Customers and their enterprise servers using an SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) server. Operating over a Secure Shell (SSH) data stream, this establishes a secure connection and ensures a high level of file transfer protection for your organization.
DECTA offers several types of reports that can be received via the SFTP server. These reports are generated every day in accordance with the Issuing Report Files Specification.
Important: All reports are stored on the SFTP server for 45 calendar days. After this period, the reports are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
