SFTP Reporting

DECTA provides secure server-to-server file transfers between partners and their enterprise servers by using an SFTP server. Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) works over the Secure Shell (SSH) data stream to establish a secure connection and provide organisations with a higher level of file transfer protection.

DECTA offers clients several types of reports that can be received via SFTP server. Reports are created every day with data from the previous day; even if there aren’t any transactions, reports will be delivered, but won’t contain any data. All reports are saved for 45 days on the SFTP server. Here is a list of reports provided by DECTA through SFTP, to receive more detailed report specification contact your DECTA Project Manager:

Transaction report

This report contains transactions processed by Visa and Mastercard for the previous reporting period; the report also includes fees and commissions processed in the Card Management System.


Card report

This report contains all client cards and Card account balances.


Chargeback report

This report contains all Chargebacks/Disputes submitted by DECTA PC and related payment information.


Representment report

This report contains all Representments/Dispute responses received by DECTA PC and related payment information.


Pre-Arbitration and Arbitration report

This report contains all Visa Pre-Arbitration and Arbitration financial records received by DECTA PC and related payment information.


Report delivery options

All reports are delivered through Decta SFTP.


Report delivery schedule

Card and transaction reports are delivered together twice a day around 7:00 AM and 13:00 PM EET.
